For New and Guest customers, delivery is free on all orders over £75. Any orders below £75 will carry a £7.95 delivery charge. Standard delivery will be approx 2-3 days.
For Local business customers who currently get a direct delivery from us, no charge will be added. Business customers who are serviced by Courier will be charged £7.95 for any orders below £75. Any orders placed over £75 will be free delivery. We hold the right to add a delivery charge at any time but will always consult before the order is despatched.
Thanks for purchasing our products at Everything-Hygiene.com operated by Everything Hygiene Ltd. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to advise us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any issues including missing or damaged items. Failure to do this will negate any refund for damage or missing stock.
If you would like to return any unused or unwanted items, you have 14 days from purchase to advise us, after the 14 days have passed we will assume you are happy with your delivery. No refunds will be processed after this time has passed.
To return, the Product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged in any way and in a resellable condition. If we receive an item back that we deem unfit to be resold no refund will be processed. The Buyer is accountable for the returning postage and the safety of this product getting returned. If the product is lost when being returned, we cannot be held accountable and no refund will be processed. Contact us at email@example.com and you will be given a Customer Return number. Returns can be sent back to The Returns Department, Everything Hygiene Ltd, Unit 1 High Street Ind Estate, Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire, G66 1PN. Please note any returns sent back without a Customer return number will not be refunded.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Any delivery charges that have been paid when placing your order will not be refunded.
